Very Easy Way To Print On Any Surface.

Connect The PrintPen With The App

  • Scan the QR Code in Manual or search "PrintLab" on App Store/ Google Play.
  • Long press the machine button for 3 seconds to turn on. Open the App and click the "Unconnected" button to select the correct device model.
  • Next, connect to the virtual WiFi of the machine according to the prompts of the APP. After the connection is completed, return to the APP and click the "Finish" button.
  • Note: Connecting the machine requires authorized location and photo permissions.

Upload Images Or Text

  • You can edit the design you want to print via "Gallery", "Add Text", "Upload Picture" or "Freehand".
  • At the same time, you can improve the print quality by adjusting the brightness, contrast and size of the picture.
  • After editing, click the "Print" button to upload the content to the machine, and then press the function key on the top of the machine, when the APP page displays "Printing", you can start printing.

Just Start Printing

  • After pressing the "print" button, your drink will automatically rise to a certain height, and enjoy your personalized drink after a while!

Warranty

  • Warranty period is 1 year. The warranty period starts from the day the customer receives the product.
  • During the warranty period, if the product has a performance failure, Our company will choose to repair or replace it with a new machine after determining the warranty problem. And with the original customer's purchase invoice as proof, only the original buyer has the right to claim the warranty.

Returns

  • First of all, thank you for your purchase, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase.   • All returns must be within seven (7) days of receiving. Please make sure that your machine is in its original condition with Sealed Ink and packaging, and include all relevant invoices in your return.
  • The refund fee is the actual amount paid in the order.
  • The refund includes only unopened Cartridge are in their original boxes; used machines or cartriges Cartridge will not be refunded.
  • Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return and get a refund within seven (7) days after the arrival.
